1. Parties and service
1.1Operator of DojoTrade (“Operator”, “we”): the legal entity or sole proprietor whose details (name, tax ID, registration number, address, email) will be published with the commercial launch. Until then, subject requests: dojotradesupport@gmail.com.
1.2The Operator provides SaaS access: trade journal, behavioral analytics, exchange sync, AI coach, within Free/Pro limits. The Operator is not a broker, asset manager, or investment adviser and does not execute trades for you.
2. Account, license, API keys
2.1You must provide accurate credentials, keep access confidential, and use the service lawfully. Abuse, scraping, hacking, or resale of access is prohibited.
2.2Connect exchanges with read-only keys only. You are responsible for key permissions and for revoking keys.
2.3You grant the Operator a license to process your content to provide the service, including sending snippets to AI providers. AI output may be wrong and is not investment advice.
3. No investment advice; liability
3.1All analytics and coach text are informational/educational only and are not individualized investment recommendations under applicable law. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
3.2Service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by Russian law, Operator liability is capped at Pro fees paid in the prior three months (or the minimum amount required by law for Free users).
4. Law and contact
4.1Russian Federation law applies. Disputes: negotiation first, then court at the Operator’s location unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise. Contact: dojotradesupport@gmail.com.
