1. Operator and scope
1.1Operator of DojoTrade (“Operator”, “we”): the legal entity or sole proprietor whose details (name, tax ID, registration number, address, email) will be published with the commercial launch. Until then, subject requests: dojotradesupport@gmail.com.
1.2This Policy covers personal data obtained via registration, use of the service, exchange API connection, support requests, and site visits (including cookies).
1.3By using the service or giving consent at registration, you confirm you have read this Policy. If you disagree, do not register or submit data.
2. Categories of data
2.1We may process:
- Account data: email, password hash, profile/language, plan status.
- Trading journal data: trades via read-only API or manual entry, notes, PnL, timestamps.
- Behavioral content: error tags, mood, rules, AI coach chat, debriefs.
- Integration secrets: exchange API keys (preferably encrypted) and sync metadata.
- Technical/cookie data: IP, user-agent, session IDs, error logs, usage analytics needed for security and operation.
- Payment identifiers via the payment provider (card PAN is typically not stored by the Operator).
3. Purposes and legal bases
3.1Purposes: account security, journal/analytics/AI features, performing the user agreement and Free/Pro plan, support, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
3.2Bases under 152-FZ Art. 6 include consent, contract performance, legal duties, and (where applicable) legitimate interests balanced against your rights. Consent is given via an unchecked registration checkbox and may be withdrawn.
4. Third parties, cross-border transfer, retention
4.1Processors may include hosting, email, LLM/AI gateways (context snippets may be sent to generate coach replies), payment providers, monitoring tools, and authorities when legally required.
4.2Some providers may be outside Russia; transfers follow 152-FZ. Localization for Russian citizens is implemented as required by law at the time of processing.
4.3Data is kept while the account exists and as needed for disputes/legal duties (often up to ~3 years after deletion unless law requires longer). Security logs typically up to 12 months.
5. Your rights and contacts
5.1You may request access, correction, blocking, deletion, and withdraw consent, and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court as provided by law. Email dojotradesupport@gmail.com with subject “Personal data”.
5.2Policy updates are posted on this page with a new date. Material changes may be notified in-product or by email.
